2. Data collection and processing.

In connection with your use of the Website, the following information may be collected:

1. for the purposes of the chat and contact form, provided they are provided voluntarily, the following personal data: name and surname, tax identification number or company name, postal code or country, e-mail address, telephone number. This data will be processed for the purpose of presenting a commercial offer, sending marketing materials, telephone or e-mail contact with the customer. The data will be processed for a period of 3 years or earlier until the user withdraws consent to receive marketing and commercial communications,
2. information about the user's device by saving it in end devices in order to ensure the correct operation of services: computer IP address, information contained in cookies or other similar technologies, session data, web browser data, device data, data about activity on the www.awdinterior.com Website. The data is usually stored until the user stops using the Website.

The collected personal data of Users will not be transferred to international organizations or to third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with generally applicable provisions. The Administrator discloses the personal data of users only to entities processing under concluded agreements entrusting the processing of personal data in order to provide services to the administrator, e.g. hosting and maintenance of the Website, IT services, marketing and PR services, legal and advisory services.

3. Users' rights.

Every user has the right to do the following at any time:

• filing a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office ( UODO ),

• rectification of personal data that is incorrect or completion of incomplete data (Article 16 of the GDPR ),
• deletion of personal data if they have been processed unlawfully (Article 17 of the GDPR ).
